Im thinking about it this often. Pakistan has all the horrible ingredients for a revolution: it’s not 200 million Pakistanis still living too comfortably for it not-to be time: The time is right when your comfort and security are gone and you have nothing to lose in current Pakistan. . When the call comes bro Pakistani men need to stand up. There are sadly I do agree with this , some ethnic groups not “All” that live in Pakistan that are just plain born sissy’s.

Cowardice is reluctance to tell the truth. Lt Gens and below can shoot like any other army or banned organisation like TTP etc, but telling an authoritative person that he is wrong is so hard.

Note: Though I hate the man (Rana Sanaullah). I find him deplorable. However, even Fawad Chaudhry at a later interview said that it was not only wrong and a mistake, but that he told IK those charges wouldn't stand.

But aside from all the criticism, I do believe that he's a good man. Honest, yeah - somewhat, i suppose. But, my God - he's dumb & certainly no Politician.

I suppose the people that brought him in the first place realized it a tad bit too late & my guess is that they have NO intention of going down that path - ever again.

Premature to make such bets in a country where Nawaz Sharif became Prime Minister after coup and conviction in a bogus hijacking, and where Zardari became President twice, after serving 11 years in prison without a conviction.

Yup...

Imran Khan is apparently the source of every problem Pakistan has ever faced. He deserves to reap what he sowed namely challenging the status quo, confronting the military establishment, and refusing to play by the traditional political script.

Meanwhile, those who spent decades suspending or subverting the Constitution, overthrowing elected governments, weakening the judiciary, engineering elections, and hollowing out virtually every state institution deserve no scrutiny whatsoever. Just quietly ignore that rather large elephant in the room.

One thing I never understand about this argument that military brought him into power...

If Imran Khan was merely "selected" by the establishment and has no genuine grassroots support, then why all the engineering? Withdraw the establishment's support, allow genuinely free and fair elections under a neutral caretaker setup, let everyone campaign freely, and the problem should solve itself. He should lose on his own.

The fact that every election has to be preceded by disqualifications, arrests, media blackouts, symbol bans, candidate coercion, and unprecedented political engineering suggests that even those making the "he was selected" argument don't actually believe he lacks public support.

You can't have it both ways: either he's an establishment puppet with no organic support, or he commands enough popular backing that extraordinary measures are considered necessary to keep him out of office.
