Israel is trying to distract the international community from it's horrific massacres and war crimes at the Shifa hospital.

Netanyahu had threatened a wider conflict in his speech. Israel is playing on the part that Iran doesn't want to engage in a wider conflict and thinks these strikes will be "retribution" free from Iran. This may be a grave miscalculation by Israel.

it is the latest iteration of Israel killing IRGC commanders in Syria. but this time this attacked the Iranian embassy which is legally part of Iranian territory, so they messed up, Iran must respond

So are you suggesitng another UN Resolution and Declaration to make this possible? And which countries will take them by ancestry or some other mechanism?
They all must go now, these crimes show we cannot live with these sadistic animals. Their time will come, no way any sane person can live with these monsters who take pride and joy in massacring women and children celebrating it like it’s some sort of sports victory. Women, men, and children zip tied executed .

Was tuned into CNN a while back - good reporting for a change on the situation in Gaza.

Breaking:

Netanyahu promises to ‘act immediately’ on Al Jazeera ban

In a social media post sent out shortly after the Israeli parliament passed the bill, the prime minister welcomed the law, and said that Al Jazeera would “no longer broadcast from Israel”.
Communications minister Shlomo Karhi said earlier today that Al Jazeera would be “closed in the coming days”.

Israeli minister calls for settlements in Gaza

Far-right member of the Israeli cabinet Yitzhak Wasserlauf says the move would mark a “total victory” for Israel.

“A total victory means a return to settle there [in Gaza]. That is [Hamas’s] punishment for what they did on October 7. If we don’t do that, our soldiers would have fallen for nothing,” Wasserlauf, the minister for the development of the Negev and Galilee and for national resilience, told Israel’s Radio North.

The member of the Jewish Power Party also called on the army to launch a ground attack on Rafah.

“We must force them [Hamas] into submission to reach total victory,” he said.
“That includes invading Rafah and the dismantling of all Palestinian factions.”

They all must go now,

The question is how to make that departure possible consistent with what you deem are essential requirements from your point of view. Obviously, just demanding that they all get up and leave is not likely to get much traction.

Their time will come, period. Sooner than later

Okay. But what will happen until they depart? The present carnage has to stop. Or are you suggesting to let it continue? Please clarify. Thanks.
