‘Islamic Nato’? Why Pakistan’s new defence pact has India on edge

No harm to India. Pakistan probably cannot sustain a prolonged war with India for more than a week. If the conflict continues, Pakistan would likely turn to the US, warning that the situation could move toward a nuclear confrontation. The US President would then start making calls to indian sides and ask other countries, such as the UK and France, to push for de-escalation. Eventually, international pressure would likely lead to a ceasefire. A similar small episode we saw last year when the USA president started ringing phones to Indian leaders.

The main motivation behind the Saudi–Türkiye–Pakistan arrangement appears to be regional security, especially Saudi Arabia seeking a stronger security umbrella and greater strategic autonomy from the US, rather than creating a direct military threat to such India.

India's nuclear deterrent also remains an important factor. Saudi Arabia and Turkey are already within India's strategic reach, so the addition of a defence relationship with Saudi Arabia or Türkiye does not fundamentally change India's nuclear deterrence equation. They will be limited to statements and some weapons supply at most.

Sure sure. Just like you indians claimed that once india had the rafales, they could destroy the entire Pakistan airforce..............................EVERYONE knows how that ended and what happened to the rafales..........................:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:.....................................You sound like those russians who claimed that ukraine could not fight the russians for more than a week. 4 years and 6 months later, the russians have a stalemate.....................

Big harm to india expansionism tbh. Next time india wants to do a sindor, gcc could cut off your oil supplies and Turks will be giving drones and other toys. Chinese beidou satellite will provide data and saudi be providing money for weapons.

Doing another operation against pakistan is just not on the books like it was last year.

Then you woke up from the dream right?

You must be joking? about oil supply

First get confirmation of whatever they will be ready to involve the military in.

Basic understanding of geography is missed on this guy.

With the alliance, Saudi can ensure cut off in oil, Turkiye can send ammo and spares over Iran, heck even Iran can drive oil over to us.

Cry harder, a the rate Indian Jets were going down on 7th May, IAF would not have lasted a week, you do realise that right?

You're projecting too much. india got humiliated, castrated, bit*h slapped, battered, neutered and turned into a little gay nation by Pakistan despite india being MORE than 7x bigger than Pakistan and at the time having the full-backing of israel, america, the west, europe and russia.......................:cool::cool::cool::cool::cool:....................... As a result NO-ONE in the world takes india seriously and the profile of the Pakistan military has increased exponentially on the world-stage....................:cool::cool::cool::cool:

Half of the BrahMos fire missiles were from aircrafts only, so when was it grounded?

You dont know that, but what we do have is a statement saying that after losses IAF had to lay low and "recalibirate"

Anyway, off topic you go as usual, I am not debating historical fact with you, it is done.

Pakistan now has support of 2nd largest Army and Air force in NATO and one of world's largest oil suppliers in a anti-aggression pact.

If you cannot see how that complicates things for India then I cannot educate your further I am afraid
