Heidi Beirich is a leading expert on American and European far-right extremism who currently serves as the Co-Founder, Executive Vice President, and Chief Strategy Officer of the Global Project Against Hate and Extremism (GPAHE), an organization she launched in 2020 to monitor transnational hate movements. She previously spent over two decades at the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), where she directed the Intelligence Project and oversaw the annual count of U.S. hate groups.

Recent Legal Developments: On August 12, 2026, Beirich was arrested in California and charged with wire fraud conspiracy, conspiracy to submit false statements to a bank, and conspiracy to conceal money laundering. Prosecutors allege she oversaw undisclosed payments from donor funds to informants inside white supremacist groups and shared a bank account containing $140,000 from these payments with one informant with whom she allegedly had a romantic relationship. Her attorney, Michael J. Proctor, has denied all wrongdoing, stating the charges are "politically motivated" and that Beirich left the SPLC over six years ago.

So she's a klan member and racist for giving them our tax money?

The referral to the justice department will do nothing. It will be just some political wording stunts etc. Anthony fauci whether you like him or not won't see a jail cell
No, he won't. His preemptive pardon from Biden assures that.

True! However, that preemptive pardon doesn't cover State charges..
The states will do nothing. And, if anything, his lawyers will argue he can't be charged with state crimes due to the Supremacy clause while he was performing his official duties.

Overall, cyclospora cases have set a U.S. record. Since May 1, CDC has received reports of more than 4,100 laboratory-confirmed cases and is investigating more than 7,400 other likely cases across 41 states. Federal health officials have said that other "brands, restaurants, retailers, or distribution channels" could be tied to the outbreak as the investigation continues.

The Oklahoma State Department of Health has confirmed 56 cases of cyclosporiasis a week ago. That number has risen to over 500 this week.

I may have come down with that or something similar earlier this week. The diarrhea is no joke. Hoping I am pulling out of it today and can go back to work tomorrow.

My overnight job involves keeping the showers and bathrooms spotless. I do a very good job pressure washing and keeping the restrooms spotless, often get compliments for having the cleanest truck stop.

Something needs to be done with the foreign truck drivers who cannot and will not properly use a toilet. They leave traces of feces everywhere, if one looks closely, which is my job to do. Dirty filthy foreigners. They leave soiled toilet tissue and water bottles on the floor around the toilet instead of just dispose of it in the trash can.

Good thing I have a good immune system, haven't been sick in almost two years.

.
Oh I know the states won't do anything. Just stating that a presidential pardon isn't covered by state charges..

There Will be political stunts and that will be the extent of it

Three states, Louisiana, Alabama, and Florida, are also separately investigating Fauci for potential criminal charges, according to the Washington Examiner. Biden's federal pardon would not apply to state-level proceedings.

Did a cursory search, not a legal scholar, and neither is anyone else here on this forum.

From what I understand, the state attorney generals will be looking into the money Fauci made during the scamdemic he help perpetuate. This is where the state charges will come from.

Really doesn't matter if the charges will stick or not. Florida, Louisiana, or Alabama legal systems are notorious for being rackets, they will eventually get what they desire by bankrupting Fauci through the "legal" system.
