I dont see the downfall of the Usa or western led world order anytime soon. Usa is not alone, it is Usa Canada many American nations, EU, GCC, Japan, Australia, S Korea, even india to some extent, they control most of the world economy and military power. Even Russia and China are unable to challenge them never mind anyone else crossing them. Example the war in Ukraine, Usa and EU openly arming Ukraine meanwhile Russia still cannot/unable to defend their Iran ally in the middleeast, China is close enough to a superpower but if they go against western led world order they will face collective nations as mentioned above. But the western led order does look after China aswell, after Saddam removal China still trades with Iraq total 17B exports v 33B imports, if Iranian regime is changed the Chinese interests will be looked after. Saudia Pakistan Turkey pact is no threat to the Usa, its aim is to protect Saudia and even Usa has done this for decades. GCC and Israel want the end of the Iranian regime, this will make Usa led world order more strong.

Keep in mind, within this world order alliance, nations have their own interests aswell, like in the middleeast.

Superpowers don't get militarily defeated. They defeat themselves through years of war, massive debt, hyperinflation, de dollarisation, end of petro dollar, sales of treasury bonds, big demographic changes, political division and civil war etc. We are also seeing a divide between America who used to shell out the economies of their allies to support their own debt and purchasing power, now those allies rather look after their own economies then support US ponzi scheme

But Iran isn't doing that. What's stopping the US to use WMDs or go after energy sites, electricity plants and life sustaining infrastructure in Iran if Iran go ahead and destroy the oil facilities of GCC?


The GCC oil facilities are needed not only by GCC but by entire world economy. Even poor, avg countries will suffer because of huge oil price. Iran will become villain if it kills world's economy. Then US would attack Iran with everything it got. Iran will not attack those oil fields. Its their very last "trump" card. Iran eventually wants its own economy to restart and thrive. That is only possible if war ends sooner without any further destruction.

Yeah, Iran could do worst things, and USA could do worst things too. They are restraining... by now.

What you think is “pressure”, is not really game changing pressure at the end of the day. The enemy is choking the life out of you and you think the equivalent is to take some money out of his wallet to make him stop.

All of this was fore told on here for years as Iran got smacked around in Syria with no proper response to the enemy.

There is also commercial inventories which are 400 million plus barrels of oil and products. The U.S. isn’t close to “running out” of oil.

China single handily destroyed Iranian leverage and thwarted the Iranian oil playbook tactic by stabilizing the oil markets and prolonging this conflict by giving Trump more time and remove immediate pressure on him prior to mid terms.

If anyone thinks this was just a coincidence they are naive. Xi is coming to visit Trump in USA next month. What deal is Trump prepared to give Xi the Western Appeaser to continue to cut back on oil imports?

I disagree, but won’t bother arguing you with you. One last point, Iran can attack Navy ships, it doesn’t have the will power. Because a mass casualty event would prolong the war in its mind. Meanwhile US sunk nearly the entire Iranian navy in 48 hours, as I said they would if the conflict broke out. Many on here disagreed.

And those submarines? Useless and never used while many on here claimed they would be used to sink tankers and U.S. warships that got to close to Arabian Sea or in the PG.

Iran has botched this entire war management just like these same individuals botched the Iraqi war and caused hundreds of thousands of unnecessary casualties using antiquated tactics. The same generals that fought in that war as officers are now leading this war as generals.

Iran couldn’t even find two downed pilots in its own territory nor stop a U.S. rescue operation. Incompetence doesn’t even begin to describe this military performance. Air defense was abysmal and even HZ and Houthi’s performed better with less equipment.

US allies are the western world and Israel. Rest are not "allies" even though that's what they call it. Those so called allies don't "host" US bases. US bases are forced on them. They don't have a choice but to accept it. Do you think Qatar can ask US to leave? Its next to impossible.

If you are a ruler of a tiny oil rich nation, saying no to US Hegemony means ending your rule Or bringing chaos to your country. The bases in those countries were never meant to protect these countries from onset. Those bases were meant to protect US interests and US hegemony. The primary objective of those bases is US interests. One of the main US interest is making money from oil rich region. US presence means US can extort these countries like anything which it does. These countries export oil, make money, US then extorts money by forcing these countries to invest billions in US or buy downgraded expensive weaponry from US manufacturers. US will lose this leverage if it leaves the bases.
