America is not leaving Middle East anytime soon because when your a declining empire you dont pull back, you push all your chips into the middle of the table and double down on everything. Punish ur allies for not doing as told, force them to buy treasury bonds or punish them more and start throwing ur weight around in a hypocritical manner.
