I said India as a country, not republic of India. China may have many official names in the history, but they all mean China, the basic idea of the land and the people.

The same goes to india, and India as a country, not the Republic of India as a particular political regime. India existed historically under different names and governments, just as China did.

So if you accept historical continuity for China despite different regimes and names, the same standard must apply to India. 1947 did not create India’s history, just as 1949 did not create China’s history.

Tibet and Taiwan are no longer on anyone's agenda, US has moved on and even delays arms to Taiwan. Boat has been missed, even US reconciled with the fact it will not go to war for Taiwan.

So please, tell me, what the actual f**k can India do about Taiwan when it cannot even face Pakistan properly?
