Now that the USA is folding back to herself via Monroe Doctrine 2.0, her "foreign policies" are losing their edges. During the height of the Monroe Doctrine 1.0 in the 19th century, even the Ottoman Empire closed its embassy in the USA! And, it was the golden age for the USA as she was building her pool of talent and wealth, thanks to the folks fleeing to her shores to save th emselves from the never-ending wars amongst the Great Powers in Europe....
