Yeah I think that's America's role in the Mideast since WW2. That is if you read a history book and not propaganda.
Will you ever admit, even once, that your beloved Iranian regime has committed mistakes within Iran itself (where some of the biggest anti-Muslims nowadays live due to the incompetent policies of the Iranian regime which has moved millions of ordinary Iranians (who prior were believing Muslims) away from Islam and God itself? Let alone what they have been doing abroad in the region and are actively doing by undermining states, state institutions, supporting proxies, terrorist militias and in general opportunistic meddling?
Syria was just the most obvious example because it makes zero sense for a supposed self-proclaimed "Islamic Republic" to support a secular atheistic, at most Alawite (who mainstream Shia Islam considered as heretics until Al-Sadr make a fatwa for political reasons and geographic proximity to Hezbollah in South Lebanon during the 1980's - afterwards Hezbollah and the Al-Assad and Iran coincidently developed their relationship) regime (Al-Assad regime) while the same Iranian regime are crying 24/7 (to this day) against the Iraqi Ba'ath regime of Saddam Hussein.
As for duplicity, nobody does it better in the region than the Iranian regime. We have Iranian officials and presidents etc. openly admitting (on video) that they were doing the US/Western bidding during the US invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq because both invasions suited Iranian regime interests.
Now when they are finally at the receiving end after spreading mayhem in the region since 1979, they are crying out for Muslim support.
Ever wondered why they had not even 1 single Muslim country (let alone non-Muslim) that came to their aid in both June 2025 and during this war?
This alone speaks for itself and I and nobody else really needs to add much more.
And before you start obout some imaginary fight against Israel, Iran, just like all the remaining Muslim regimes (sadly) did not lift a finger when Israel was mass-murdering Gazans directly. Just like prior to that since 1979. Not even once. Only after Israeli direct carpet bombing of Iran itself, killing of much of their leadership, did they fire back (mostly to not much avail) but somehow cultists here and elsewhere want to make us believe that Iran did it for the Palestinians in Gaza and other such nonsense.
Same Palestinians that many Iranians on this little forum (where most of them are pro regime) are cursing openly.
