Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

The Iranian leadership keeps saying it's an escalation and they are basically going to go all out, but they haven't gone all out in a while.
Nobody is talking about the price of having dozens of military aircrafts flying constantly in SoH to make this oil flow.

How much time can US have E3, KC135 and KC46A among dozens of aircrafts 24/7 in flight?.

Irán just need to push with USV suicide boats and torpedoes to keep them busy.

Okay so why don't they do it? They've been hit hard. They need to hit back right? They've hit back but it's been minimal as of late.

I keep reading here that it's happening soon and then soon and then soon

Not showing every card at once is not rubbish, just saying... Its a long war...
Yes it's a long war but what is Iran waiting for exactly? They keep saying it's an escalation and they're going to hit back hard and then hit back hard and then hit back hard

Why would Iran need to escalate or expand the war? It is the US that is spending a fortune to keep the price of a barrel of oil at $90.

Why drag all of Iran into a war when the US is bleeding out at the walls of Troy?

Deficit figures are at record highs. What does it matter if "F22" or "AZhighlanders" saves two dollars on gas, when they’re going to be swiping their credit cards twice as often in 2026?

Why does Donald Trump insist on reaching a deal when he’s living comfortably extracting oil—dodging drones and missiles along the way?

Oil going out isnt significant, US strategic reserves are still draining and many of US partners are suffering major financial crisis with oil/gas shock being a significant factor. Add in trump constantly ranting unhinged tells you all you need to know, things are not as he says.

Two reasons:

1) political consensus is divided over how to respond and thus for how the easiest option is the status quo, to not restart the war.

2) IRGC is taking this pause to build more munitions for the next round of conflict and reorganize their command structure after basically being decapitated in March.

That means new battle plans and new instructions given to regional commanders. Reorganize whatever AD is still left to be better suited for the goal of capturing a pilot for propaganda purposes.

Anyhow the situation won’t stay stable for long. I give it less than 4 weeks is my guess. Either Iran collapses or it reacts.

The only question is how long it takes for Iran to break.

Let's be clear,

If you do not want Trojans in the Hellespont, you must destroy Troy.

Irán is a milenary civilization and you cannot fight geography.

Irán will be always just at the corner of SoH.

The only way they can control SoH It is destroying Troy.

But Trump is not Agamennon and nobody Will help him.

Very nuanced response instead of just some raising their pom poms and saying any day now.

Donald Trump is a complete scumbball

And a lot of industrial and military damage has been done to Iran. More could be done any day now. Iran needs to defend itself more.

It seems to me that you don't understand a thing.

How many Greek soldiers have breached the walls of Troy?

What will the Trojans do when the Greeks leave their shores?

Let's see if you understand it that way.

Interesting analogy and maybe I am misunderstanding

If you were trying to tell me that Iran has a Trojan horse, it's 6 months into the war, are they going to wait another 6 months? A year?

I don't know who or what to believe anymore.

The weapon system that individual refers to was not mass produced due to high cost of its engine and difficulty in replicating the original KH-55 performance vs cost metrics. In short, Iran failed to produce a modern equivalent of the KH-55. They ended up building other derivatives but this specific variant never made it to mass production.

Thus it likely wasn’t used in the war because it wouldn’t have changed the battlefield materially and also because the air defense shield of the Arabs and Americans was still strong enough to be able to intercept sub sonic long range cruise missiles. It made much more economic sense to use the thousands of Shaheeds instead.

They may use it on energy sites if the war escalates or select HVTs. But there numbers are likely below 250 missiles produced and their survivability is questioned. Won’t change the war.

Thanks for the info! Interesting.
