As someone thats lost a baby - i can imagine the pain. My loss was due to hospital negligence and the actions resulted in severe consequences and repercussions for the hospital trust here in the UK. I cant see the same stringent rules and regs in Pakistan so the parents will suffer.
I cant imagine leaving the newborn in the hands of what ought to be trustworthy and getting the horrendous notification that they fukt up.

I love conspiracy theories. And PMLN government (specially Punjab governments led by Shahbaz shareef) were known to burn down record rooms whenever there was some investigation against them. But this doesn't seem one of those events.
