Somalia and Sudan. Its not enemies with them like Israel is.

And why would I prefer Turkey to be in charge of the Red Sea or Gulf of Aden in the future? Why would I want a Turkish-aligned or Turkish proxy Somalia and Sudan?

These are sovereign states. Nothing prevents your from doing diplomatic engagement with these countries.
