Some of you,very few probably,know I'm bit a rattled by how the forum lets certain people get away with lies and misinformation.
Normally,I would have said "well ok,it's a Pakistani forum,they're all going in one direction",but the thing is,most of the Administration and membership
wants to restore the forum to the reliability and fame of the previous decade. So I keep seeing how adamant you are about controlling fake news and propaganda.
And then comes Hyperman who starts posting a series of videos from dubious sources and on his description(and the sources')the context is completely altered.
First of all,the sources posted are majority Turkish or pro-Turkish. Hyperman and other Turks have a habit of posting from the heavily biased Clash Report.
I've corrected them on fake news many times,but it seems that old habits die hard.
The Four Videos
What set me off eventually,was hyperman's posts of 4 different links of short videos with blatant lies on the decription. Since half of posts disappeared,
I'll provide screenshots:
Allegation: In this video,hyperman and Clash Report accuse Mitsotakis of itching for a war.
Actual context: Mitsotakis is talking about a world war coming and not a localized conflct. He's mostly referring to the war in Ukraine.
Allegation: Clash Report and hyperman say that Netanyahu wants to fight Turkey to the last Greek. Notice how hyperman even uses the word "literally".
Actual context: Nowhere in the video does it say anything even remotely close to that.
Allegation: Hyperman says "even the Lebanese guy is shook"
Actual context: Nowhere in the video does the Lebanese counterpart seem or act "shaken"
Allegation: Hyperman says "he is talking about attacking Turkey"
Actual context: The PM is talking about not ignoring the chance of having air superiority and modernizing the Air Force. Nowhere in the video does he mention nor imply attacking Turkey.
So why has this rattled me so much? Because this guy enjoys full immunity. He spreads biased sources and downright lies,about me and about my country and generally the guy lies and yet he's still enjoying immunity by being a Mod.
So why rattled still? If you told me "this is a forum for pro-Pakistani or Pro-Turkish news only" or "this forum is only for Pak/Turk/Bangla/Muslims" I'd perfectly accept it and honestly say "ok,thanx take care" without hard feelings. But you guys yourselves have been fighting against Indian cheap propaganda online. You guys yourselves have been complaining many times about fake news and false headlines by Indian or Jewish or American or whatever sources. And yet,I've seen members take this specific issue ever so lightly. Actually,I've even seen people like @Ali_Baba and others even like hyperman's specific posts.
Then hyperman comes and lies again saying I pick up fights with turks every day. I'm simply replying and explaining. I give information and arguments and instead I have people like Oublious,MMM-E and hyperman literally troll and ragebait me. Even Sinan came to troll me with that roman clubbing picture.
So the questions are:
1.Why do you let this misinformation go on?
2.Do you actually want other voices on the forum?
3.Are dubious and biased sources allowed again?
4.if news are bull,but serves your pro-Turk anti-zio pro-Muslim sentiment,you feel ok to press "like"?
