Given their support to Gaza, at a personal level I will be disappointed with this news. We have here, because the Saudi's decided to restart this war btw.

I think in interviews/media/press releases Sidhu is mentioned more times than God.

Cultivation of the "cult of Sidhu" is a troublesome development for an institution as professional as the PAF. Not a good precedent

If ever it happened, it will achieve nothing.

There's nothing which PAF can bomb that Saudi airforce can't. Their F-15s can carry shitload of bombs.

There's no bombing solution for Yemen.

The hardest problem in making ruling-militias in poor countries as your enemy is that they have nothing to lose. For-example, Houthis or Taliban. There's no multi billion dollar assets in yemen or afghanistan that you can threaten to destroy. or cripple their economies or punish them in some other way. If they had everything then its easy to put anyone in line with threats to take it away. The only thing dear to them is their rule, for which they will fight to death 100 out of 100 times.

I was told to start all interviews by praising Sidhu or they'd strap me to a pylon and fire me at New Delhi.

Hopefully he is the last, I hope he retires once his term is over and does not push for(or get an extension). He has a good legacy with the thrashing of the IAF during Sindoor, and he should be mindful of not ruining that legacy with his ego, and greed.
