Indian Air Force News and Discussions ll

U guyz arrogantly rejected the Felon sometime back, now going back will cost u guyz a hell of a lot more, plus talk of a deal does not mean it will materialize anyway.....😁😂
Are you even getting your J-35s? Because from what I'm hearing recently, that whole thing is getting debunked from your own side now which is exactly why PDF members seem so tensed about it. Last year's short war gave you guys a brutal reality check anyway.

And what about buying more J-10Cs? Right now you've got what 20 odd fighters in the fleet? You'll need more because the earlier blocks of JF-17 are slowly coming towards the end of their airframe lives. And then what? You neither have the industrial capacity to keep extending those airframe lives on your own nor the financial backbone to keep importing those capabilities from abroad whenever you need them.

Then there are those museum pieces from the early 70s which somehow still need replacing too lol.

And that's only the fighter side of the problem. How much are you going to have to pour into ADs? How much into conventional tactical missiles? How much into modern C4I, C3I and C2? Especially after last year's IAF precision strikes decimated some of that infrastructure at two of your core airbases.

Where exactly is the money for all of this going to come from? And I'm not even talking only about buying the stuff. You have to sustain all of it afterwards as well. Buying another silver plated platform is one thing, finding the money to keep the entire thing running for decades is another.

You yourself needed something like 15 years just to end up with barely 20 odd modern 4.5G fighters. Now you're talking about J-35s, possibly more J-10Cs, replacing the earlier JF-17 blocks as their airframes age out, replacing those early 70s museum pieces, rebuilding and expanding AD, adding conventional tactical missiles, modernising C4I/C3I/C2 and then somehow paying to sustain all of this together.

So again, from where exactly are you funding all of that?

How is this qualified as an HALE drone though? 40K feet altitudes, 1000km sat range and turbopop engine.
Older brochure. It is going to be an MQ-9B analogue.
"....asking for technology transfer....."
Who'z the bhikari now....😁😂
Technology transfer means licensed production

20 fighters were enough in May last year.

Dont worry your little pretty Indian head, Pakistan will get what it needs, history proves it always does. Meanwhile stick with Modi's statement

2019 - "If we had Rafale things would have been different"

Bar Rafale Pakistan's fleet of JF-17C/J-20C/F-16C/D/MLU out guns pretty much the entire IAF

For a country flying Jaguars and buying second hand Mirage 2000s and not receiving a single new fighter in 4 years I would not throw the word "Museum" around too much

This sermon really shouldn't be coming from a single engine fighter air force wearing four different national flags under the bonnet.
