To date, there are been no concrete proof offered that Iran would have had a nuclear weapon by 2030. FFS, even North Korea has one. If they can manage to split an atom, how is it that some of the best scientific and engineering minds in Iran have been unable to do so? Remember, prior to the 1979 Revolution, I went to engineering school with Iranians. They were very smart.

Or, perhaps Iran did manage to build a nuclear weapon or have the plans for a working bomb and kept it suppressed until the IRGC got wind of it?

We can sit here and elaborate all day long yet the fact still remains that concrete proof has not been offered. Just speculation based on random Twitter posts.

North Korea sitting in some corner with bomb is different than Iran sitting at strategic choke with nuclear teeth and theocratic ambitions.

There is an old saying for scenarios like this, "You break it, you own it.." and in this case, the USA and Israel broke it. Not even the UK is getting involved, and we know how much of a lapdog the UK has been historically for the foreign policy jaunts of the USA in the past.

Absolutely hilarious. Can't save them from Israeli strikes, can't save them from Iranian strikes, can't even protect their main economic life line, the one thing they had.

Man hosting the largest US base in the region is paying them dividends right now, despite not being involved in any of the conflicts, they still get pounded from every side.

That’s actually a very bad sign when the number one producer of said gas can’t produce it for the rest of the world that’s going to drive costs up this winter dramatically man it’s nice to see only what you want to read…..also damn what’s up with those Houthis I think Iran let their reserve go wild finally I guess they have been ominously quiet for a reason

Saudis are being crippled fairly easily

Quarter of a billion to half a billion to protect these ships…..yes yes Arabs will invest in American weapons that cost more than just making amends as the aggressor…..weapons offensive or defensive that won’t be coming any time soon but they will pay in advance for those weapons like suckers

Bottom line is over 10M b/d are making it through the southern passage while Iranian exports are zero and its economy cratering.

Qatars energy woes are a strategic boon for the US. An Bab el Mandab is primarily a Saudi/Euro problem.

You have no argument to make. Iran played its last card and lost.
