IAEA refered Iran to UN to try and slap more sanctions. You have a nuclear power in the middle east that attacked Iran who has no IAEA controls.

You could say it will mean no protection or safe use of nuclear fuel allowed, id say - hello that is what trump wants anyway whether you are in or out right now makes no difference.
