We are designing them now and we learn fast. We also focused on logic folding in the interim that can create 2nm chip equivalent. Things happen very quickly in China and we have many engineers working overseas who will return to quickly adapt to new EUV machines that are in production.

At the end of the day there is nothing special about semiconductors that Chinese can't figure out in a short amount of time. We already done the hardest part back in January 2025.

what company is the Chinese equivalent of intel/arm/nvidia?

I dont say it's impossible but they are starting the way when usa/uk has decades of knowledge doing it.

I saw a Chinese company who build own mips64 chips, modified by them, capable of emulate amd64 and run windows in own chips, but it was a tiny company (hundreds employees), and more expensive and slower chips than amd/intel equivalents.
