The inference that there is some religious undercurrent to Indian state level behaviour is entirely reasonable.Again - look at posters such as @El Sidd and others bringing religion into a sports, politics thread and where your country-men have taken the thread. Look where you have managed to take standards of moderation on the forum....
No matter how much people in your country want to impose or defend the 2-nation theory on Indians - the truth will prevail.
You called your operation "Sindoor", in case you needed reminding.
We have been informed by some sources, including tweets from Modi himself, (though others contradict) that Sindoor has continued on the cricket pitch. The venerable @El Sidd raises a valid point. Refute it with evidence instead of besmirching the good name of the messenger.
If your personal opinion is that religious dogma and cricket have remained separate in India, then you are entitled to that view, but as far as we know, it is contrary to that of the leader of the Indian state and its armed forces.
