You are right about around 94,000 government schools closing in India, but that is because India’s total fertility rate has fallen well below 1.9, so there simply aren’t enough children in many areas to sustain the same number of schools.

Muslims in India still have a relatively higher fertility rate, but there are already enough schools to accommodate their children.

You do know that you surpassed Chinese population back in April 2023.

Not that much difference in fertility rate anymore, and with the calls for giving birth to four four hindu babies, three for family and one for baba ... I think the equation will drastically alter. Either you are against the calls for hindu rashtra yourself or you are waiting for it to become a reality and then come out in open with a victory symbol .. which one is it?

Seriously... you want to go there. As a Hindu, I can say I believe that Islam, Christianity and all other religions lead to one god. Can you have the same openess to accept Hinduism or Buddhism?

Look buddy, two different issues are now being conflated. Pointing out the perceived dependency of state policy on religious factors is quite different from initiating theological discussion about the relative credibility, or otherwise, of actual religious beliefs.

The former has been rightly inferred by most worthy and seasoned forumgoers. The latter should be avoided by all of us.

All polytheists of India know that they face an existential threat from incorruptible fundamemtals of monotheism. It's one of the motivating factor in codification of all such polytheistic beliefs under geopolitical nomenclature called Hinduism.

Pakistan has no qualms about being an ideological state borne out of political struggle in post colonial nation state mosaic of the world.

All you have for your identity is that you are not-Pakistani.

The assertions by your dear friend is in 2nd category and thats what I responded to - and its a bit rich to say Indian state policy has religious factors for a nation that calls itself "Islamic" and hence declares what the state's religion is...

I don't want to dabble in nonsense discussions on race, genetics, religion - what matters is your actions today and how much can you own them but it seems like many forum members here are living in the past
