The Saudi's have problems, and the purpose of the Makkah pact is to help address those problems while providing cover until they do when the pact is fully up and running.

Iran has the advantage of missiles bases in granite mountains(lesson for everyone). That is a lesson for all, but yes, Türkiye is a massive military, far more capable than Iran even with what it has now.
