New Delhi:
New Delhi has summoned Pakistan's Charge d'Affaires after an incident of a collision between a Pakistani Navy vessel and an Indian ship. The Foreign Ministry said Pakistani diplomat Saad Ahmad Warraich was called in to lodge a strong protest over what New Delhi called "unacceptable and unprofessional conduct" of Pakistani naval units in international waters that led to a collision.

In a statement, the ministry said the incident took place in international waters and did not cause any major damage.

However, the ministry noted the conduct of the Pakistani naval ship was in direct contravention of Article 10 of the 1991 agreement between India and Pakistan governing advance notice of military exercises, manoeuvres and troop movements.

"The Charge d'Affaires of Pakistan was advised to convey to the concerned Pakistani authorities the need for all military units to observe due care and respect the provisions of the relevant agreements between the two sides in order to prevent any repeat of such incidents," it said.

The Pakistani diplomat was also directed to further convey India's message to Pakistan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

"The Charge d'Affaires of India in Islamabad has also been instructed to lodge a similar protest with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan," the statement added.

What We Know of Collision

According to sources, the incident took place on the evening of September 15, when a Pakistani vessel came close to a frontline Indian naval warship on a routine surveillance mission in the North Arabian Sea. They said the Pakistani warship 'garzed' past the Indian vessel approximately 220 kilometers east of Oman.

They said the Pakistani vessel came at high speed, maneuvering in an unprofessional and unsafe manner, which led to a collision. "No damage has been reported in the incident," said sources.

The type of vessels involved in the incident has not been identified yet. Sources said both ships were moved away after the incident.

This is the second time something like this has happened. In June 2011, Pakistani
MOFA Pakistan has a much better grip of the current situation. I enclose their statement. India's lost its grip on reality and on their ship. They always get this sinking feeling. Its fine though because they can write a beautiful Ocean adventure Bollywood script and be all dramatic about being bashed up at sea by Pakistan. Looking forward to Ocean 101 The Sinking Feeling

Whats interesting is India's dreams of reunification. There's been a number of admissions by the tiny guys in BJP GOI. That was the actual reason for fuelling problems in AJK. They want to weaken Pakistan so it has no option but to reunify. Its a pipe dream obviously and impossible given the way Pakistan Defence robustly defends its borders. Indian trolls will no doubt be advocating their dreams of reunification. Jinnah had the right idea for a homeland. Who wants to live with India with all its constant dysfunction and grandiose ideas of supremacy.

You've stated "reunification" or some derivative thereof several times.

One cannot "reunify" that which was never once unified (except under the yoke of imperialism).

Pakistan and India were independent nation states born in 1947 from an abandoned imperial posession.

"Partition" and "reunification" are misleading and misrepresentative terms, particularly because the Secular Republic of India has deployed these terms specifically to create a false impression of "continuity" with the aforementioned British imperial asset.

I accept that "partition" has become fossilised in standard discourse. That does not mean it is accurate or truly representative.

"Reunification" is a simple non-starter of a term.

What the Secular Republic actually seeks is ANNEXATION of someone else's sovereign territory, as was done with Hyderabad and Goa.

Terminology matters.

I'm simply quoting the Indian papers and their perception and terms. I'm not going to disagree with you on this. You're absolutely right. In my defence, I'll say that its important to use the opposition's terminology to determine their mindset.

If I was to use my own term, I'd refer to it as an attempt at invading Pakistan. India wishes to sugarcoat it by using the term reunification. By the use of this term they intend to convince the Pakistani public who are disenchanted with current authorities. Hence we see them bringing PTI and associates on their side.

So history is one aspect. I'm not talking about history. I'm talking about India's weaponisation of history to take over Pakistan by infiltrating into its population and brainwashing them.

This is not a conspiracy. The main players in India have admitted to it in various guises and papers.

This statement fits well on pakistan ruled by military dictatorship 🤣
India is a democracy and a widely successful one
India is a democracy..😂😂

Infact it’s a hinducracy..

And who says democracy is the best way of governance it’s just implemented and forced on other couturiers in the last 100 years before that there were other ways of governance.. Moreover, Russia (to some extent) and china (especially) are not drmocratic states but they are way ahead of the so called other democracies..
