Operation Ghazab Lil Haq (Pakistan - Afghanistan War)

PK will do SFA. I don't understand the logic WRT to Afghan front.
Too many of 'our' people are compromised, and civil society is special needs.

Its mainly FATA and KPK because they don't know who is living in their province and every official is corrupt.

Imagine all of Pakistan was like Punjab and Sindh, we would never have these humiliating headlines and dead bodies every other day.

Why not address grievances because otherwise you can keep the sliver of land between attock and sialkot to live in and rename it to Punjabia.

So there is no corruption in Punjab and Sindh?

Ofcourse there is, more than most countries, but is there corruption related to cross border movement of foreign intelligence operatives, fighters and suicide bombers?

Look how far in Kohat is. Major intel failure. This was done to send a signal.

this must be, one of the top 5 posts at the PDF, ever!
I mean ever, since 90s till today
no joke bruh!

you have envious talent and intellect
You would be surprised but similar conclusions were made by some at the DCC(Defence Committee of the Cabinet) back in 1970 regarding the Bengalis

Doesn’t matter - Corruption is corruption.
What is to say that if KP becomes part of Afghanistan there wont be corruption related to cross border management in Attock?

The intelligence failure is owned by both federal and provincial agencies -

no wonder, we were liberated, without actually murdering 50 or 100 invaders!

and, no surprise, the mess we are in today, offspring of the same 'capable hand' is running the civil bea. and judiciary now!

I hope, it is fixed, before the actual push comes to shove!

by the same line of argument, how far are we, asking the same question for keeping city for another city or district for another district.

i suppose, not that far!

thats nerve wrecking, for any sane person.

The problem is both at the top but also tied to overall culture and even how Pakistan was created.

It was an elitist creation - which is fine because so are most of the states in the world - except these elite kept thinking military power is enough to maintain control where others realized creating a strong (even if boxed in and controlled) middle class is the way to ensure a stable state.

i have to agree, you have understood philosophical reality well.

its a reality very to accept for the masses

but will be unfortunate, if not told to the masses.

hope is the only way forward

We needed an Ayub Khan.... His Economic Policies were so good in fact that we used to LOAN money to West Germany and the SOUTH KOREANS came to study our economic policy which then went on to become blueprint on how to take an agrarian country to wealthy nation

We lack those type of leaders today and i habve many criticisms of ayub. but he was by far the best economic leader we had.

The Fundamental Lack in THe Nation today is:
1. Absolute Refusal of Land Reform
2. Elites who are redirecting their capital from creating factories into real estate and properties
3. Hollowed out Bureaucracy
4. Unserious Domestic Security Policy

Some Prestige Military Victories against the Hindu Nationalists ndwill make us forget this though
