Indian Navy News & Discussions

@NeptunesVortex

Any update on U214 deal with Germany? I heard it was supposed to be signed by September but now today is 19th September and still no news on it....

Modi said Rahim yar khan was in ICU.... But we should be greatful to PAF..... they went on vacation on 9th and 10th and allowed IAF to hit wherever and wherever they wanted.... thanks to HQ9 as well for welcoming visitors
I still remember reading reports about Pakistan going for German origin AD systems with a much sleeker layout. Not exactly hard to see why when you put them beside the HQ-9. That thing is bloody huge, big missile, heavy warhead but piss-poor lateral acceleration for something that may have to chase a munition skimming just above the ground. Then during Pelosi visit to Taiwan you have the Americans apparently managing to jam Chinese AESA radars with EW. China has thrown billions upon billions into this stuff for decades. This is their crown jewel hardware.

Wow...just wow. Astonishing godi cow dung parjeet logic right there! A2A maybe rare in the rest of the world, but not against the IAF it seems! seem like the IAF is doing a really good job of keeping the global average of A2A kills up 😂😂
That’s the real question though what exactly could your air force stop mine from doing? If my aircraft can successfully launch stand-off weapons and still wreck your awacs, fighters on the ground, runways, underground C2 facilities, NG-MMCCs and hangars while you can’t stop the hits, what difference does ‘you didn’t come here and dogfight us’ even make? The destroyed targets are still gone.

Simple physics... when you idiotically ramed your 2300 ton patrolling toy to 7400 ton destroyer monster you are either going to the bottom of the sea or going out of action for repairs....

Dont you guys always whine on about wanting proof, where is yours? Why is it India seems to want "revenge"? What happened that you are hiding?

After May 7th credibility of Indian forces when it comes to a record of events is very low, this is no different

I don't even argue with them on op Sindoor as they don't even see the absence of their airforce after 7th May and allowing IAF to hit wherever they wanted....

Now they will come what may will hide all the damage to their Yarmook....

Your own CDS admitted IAF was grounded, seems like every accusation is an admission when it comes to you guys

Majority of the world’s air combat missions almost 80% have always been A2G. Actual A2A BVR kills are the rare. Look at any serious war: Desert Storm, coalition AFs flew around 40,000 A2G sorties while real A2A engagements were a tiny fraction. That’s how real air forces operate. Once you have enough control of the sky, the primary mission is to smash the enemy’s bases, radars, command centres, hangars and infras from range. That is the primary mission.

IAF precision strikes systematically tore into PAF from Nur Khan in the north all the way down to Bholari, Jacobabad, Sargodha and the rest. Multiple independent analyses, including European ones concluded that by 10 May the IAF had the freedom to hit whatever it wanted while PAF had lost the ability to mount effective counter ops. That’s what winning the air war looks like in the real world.

Look at your own side. PAF was so severely lacking in proper A2G ground munitions that it had to resort to Fateh-I, Fateh-II and other ground launched rockets and missiles fired by the Pakistani Army. Thats an air force that couldn’t carry the A2G load from the air and had to outsource the job to artillery batteries. When your fighters can’t deliver sustained precision strikes and you start firing Fateh rockets instead, you are the ones who turned into a rocket force, not IAF.

IAF stayed in the actual business of modern air power putting weapons on the targets that matter and dismantling the other side’s ability to fight. PAF got exposed for its thin A2G cupboard and had to lean on ground systems.
Haha.....desert storm was massively lopsided campaign where Iraq really had nothing to fight the Americans. Not really a test of air combat skill, which is the primary function of a functioning airforce against a comparable foe.

There was nothing systematic about the IAF airstrikes. The targets were all stationary and coordinates well known from Google maps. Just program the weapons and launch from far enough to avoid PAF. That was the whole IAF goal latter on, after it took to the sky after two days of grounding according to your CDS, avoid PAF patrols, pity....A lot of the weapons also got spoofed, some did get through though, does not mean IAF had 'control of the sky' ..omg 😁😂

Our air force was true to its primary purpose, air combat aka aerial ass whoping of IAF. It did not shy away from challenge and ground itself to preserve itself. Infact our UAVs were loitering freely in the airspace vacuum created inside India. Our army rockets and artillery did the bulk of the ground attack, which was their job, and air force did the aerial work. Your air force however had to run away from its primary purpose of air combat and become a rocket force lobbing weapons from long range.

Really, you've seen the pics of AWACS, fighters and "underground facilities" have you? 😂 You came with over 70 fighters, why? That wasn't to hit a few mosques. Ever since 2019 you've been begging for a A2A fight, especially after inducting the Rafales, but you got you asses handed to you on a plate. You then ground your entire airforce for 2 days, then fly a few aircraft 200km inside your own air space, and beat your chest that you achieved something?! 😂 Most of the missiles launched were from ground launchers anyway, and the majority were defeated either kinetically or spoofed.

Swiss report, the satellite pics and your own broken air force are saying something completely different. Desert Storm was lopsided because one side had proper planning, better weapons and actually knew how to use air power. Same thing happened to PAF in Sindoor. Calling high value targets just Google Maps coordinates is pure cope from you. Those were high value airbases, command centres, hangars, radars and C2 nodes that got systematically hammered. Independent European analysis from the Swiss CHPM think tank flat-out says that by the morning of 10 May the IAF had achieved air superiority over significant portions of Pakistani airspace.

PAF lost the plot completely because its forward radars got knocked out and the S-400 threat forced their AWACS and standoff platforms to stay well back. Their own strikes were largely thwarted by Indian defences. That’s exactly why Pakistani DGMO came asking for the ceasefire.

IAF hit Nur Khan, Sargodha (runway cratered and the scars are still visible 16 months later), Bholari (hangar smashed, Erieye destroyed), Jacobabad (F-16 hangar hit), Murid C2 UG centre, Rahim Yar Khan and more.

PAF’s ass got handed to it on a platter. Whatever BS you keep shouting about didn’t stop the systematic degradation of your air defence network and infrastructure. Independent sources, satellite proof and the final outcome all say the same thing. Keep coping with the emojis 😁

what is your best air to air BVR missile? and why?

We’ve got entire ecosystems of metallurgical firms, special steel plants and full MRO capability that can handle our frontline surface combatants end to end without begging anyone. Now look at your side. PNS Hunain wasn’t built in Pakistan. It was designed by Damen and constructed in their shipyard in Galați, Romania. You imported the whole thing. And when it actually took a hit in that collision, it limped back with a massive dent and needed repairs while the Indian ship sailed on with no structural damage. That’s the difference. We build our own destroyers with our own steel and maintain them ourselves. You buy OPVs from Romania and then struggle to fix them when they get bent.
LOL there is nothing to gloat if u can patch ur ships up urself or not, what matters is the incident that took place. Your propaganda machine proclaimed 'no damage' but now your MEA admits 'no major damage'. If past is any indicator that is how Indians try to mask the truth and appear stronger and protect their egos through word salads to avoid scrutiny. Now u proclaim 'no structural damage' LOL , what got damaged then, the ship's 'aatma'.....😁😂😁😂😁

Why you shouting so loud, cherry boy? You saw the satellite scars on your own bases and still yapping about mosques? We brought the numbers because we came to break things. You spent the next 3 days watching your hangars, awacs and C2 centres get turned into scrap while your AF stayed grounded or hid. The only ass getting handed was yours, still red from the beating.

Keep crying, cherry.

dont be so stupid, you fired those missiles in the daylight, when your PM had agreed to lower the intensity of the conflict.

we were caught off guard with your sneaky and duplicitous manner of negotiation.

next time, barrage of cruise missiles, will be taking off if Brahmos is fired towards Pak.

be careful, with this argumentation

you have a lot to lose!

So a sub 2.5k ton Romanian patrol boat is somehow supposed to damage a 8k ton destroyer? Which physics class taught you that in Pakistan?

Your cheap little OPV charged in like a drunk rickshaw, got its bow crumpled like tin foil and had to limp back to harbour for repairs. Indian warship warship just brushed it off and kept sailing. Zero structural damage on our side. MEA said it clear no major damage.

And spare us the lectures about masking truth. You lot hid French Mirages destroyed in 1971 until France itself had to reveal the real numbers because your PR parade of intact jets didn’t match the delivery records. Same old habit.

fool...

your ship was hiding, that small Pak. boat, managed to hit your mighty Hindu boat and you did nothing and ran away from the area!

how its that, a small boat had the courage to take your mighty hindu bharat mata boat, without any fear?

small boat knew, your boat had, so called, Brahmos and Barak and what not!

even they could not deter a small boat

now, imagine, what this holds for you, when open conflict breaks!

you can make stories, your ship took out the pak. ship but you cant hide the fact. Small boat took on the ship twice its size and that ship ran away!

your mightiest ship could not deter the smallest of the ship
now, please shutup!
