A few days ago, Molvi Fazl-e-Haq reportedly approached my Taya Abu and requested that he be reinstated at Jamia Masjid, from which he was removed nearly 15 years ago following serious sectarian disputes.

After my uncle refused, the matter was reportedly raised again with Qari Arab Hussain. The issue now being raised concerns the burial of my mother in a Muslim graveyard, with the main argument apparently being based on her name, despite the fact that many people in the community knew that she was Muslim.

What makes this deeply painful for me is that my mother was a religious woman who lived her life as a Muslim, and I am her only son. I cannot understand how her burial can now be used to create such a serious dispute after so many years.

I have also been informed that Qari Arab Hussain has reportedly left for Sialkot and Molvi Fazl-e-Haq has reportedly gone to Abbottabad. I do not want further rumours or confrontation. I only want the facts to be established fairly, my mother's dignity to be respected, and those responsible for raising these allegations to answer for their actions through the proper community and legal channels.

I am a Sunni Muslim, and for centuries, our family have been respected and called peers followed the tradition of peers. I was also raised with Islamic teachings according to the Sunni Deobandi school of thought.

However, what has happened now is completely heartbreaking, disgraceful, and deeply shameful. I never expected people who claim to understand and represent Islam to act in such a hurtful and unjust manner. This is not the Islamic compassion, dignity, and respect that I was taught.

What has happened has deeply wounded me, and I cannot remain silent about the injustice and pain caused by these actions.

I think you should meet more relatives to fizzle out this trauma. Please, don't react more than needed or above the law. You will eventually regret it if so.

I feel sorry for what's happening to you... at least trying to given my flawed personality.

This isn't the kind of situation that happens in my country so I sadly cannot offer much advice. Here when graves are vandalized, its graves of public figures.
