No better use of them to be honest.

The west does this regularly. They send their crazies to middle east to play crusaders instead of fighting them in the streets of Texas. We fight ours in the mountains regularly or at Faizabad irregularly.

I say create a foreign legion like the french, spend them at overseas crisis to make money and keep them out of our streets. They have no positive utility to society otherwise.
