Pakistan’s Defence Minister, Khawaja Asif, himself called the entire plane hijacking a “false flag” and a “drama” from his official X account.

During the debate, he was shamelessly laughing while calling Captain Smit Machhahar an “agent of the Modi government.” He also has links to Hafiz Muhammad Saeed and the Sipah-e-Sahaba group in Karachi, Pakistan.
