There was a Topic that was started yesterdays regarding the First Officer (Co-Pilot), but it was later Locked.

I'm NOT gonna go into all that was discussed over there because it was...

a. Started by a usual Multi-ID Rat.
b. There wasn't any evidence to suggest that news was even accurate.

I will say this, that though the "Hero" Captain was airlifted to the UAE, there is no news about the First Officer.

If he's still in KSA, will the Kingdom extradite him to the UAE - or send him packing to his home nation?

Perhaps some would also like to comment or give their views on the current KSA-UAE Diplomatic-relations.

Mind you..., judging by how the Indian Media is covering this entire event, you'd get impression that they actually have a say in this.

Saudi were probably not to thrilled having a a/c full of Jews land in their Country.

Thank AL MIGHTY ALLAH - we don't allow those Jews near our Airspace or we'd have to deal with Indian Airlines & El Al all the time.

unfortunately there are converging economic and expansionist interests of both KSA and UAE in many places. Before the iran war started, UAE was positioning itself in many places to establish their hegemony in competition with their cousins the Saudis.
Unfortunately the war had more disastrous effects on UAE (as it got hit by iran) and economy tanked and alot of businesses fleed alongwith the western people who called dubai, abu dhabi home.
So there's a sort of a feud between them, and their overly eager friendship with israel is what did not go well with anyone else (though we can argue if saudis do it but hidden).

What this incident will obviously do is fan the flames between UAE and KSA further and also ensure more falling of the UAE into israel's lap. Israel will insist on more penetration into UAE govt (in the name of security, flights, administration etc) which will or may see UAE give up total control to Israel.........this may happen, lets see what UAE does. This could be a psy op to scare them into further lap of the zionists so that they can be given total control of UAE
and the first thing they will then do is boot our all the Pakistanis first.

There were reasons such event was planned and implemented. It remains to be seen whether or not it actually materializes, and if UAE can be smart enough to detect the real motives and not fall into stupid traps

The first video features an aviation expert praising the off-duty pilots for their bravery and professionalism in helping save the aircraft despite the external damage and challenging situation.

The second video is just an idiot making pointless commentary on every topic under the sun. Since when did he become an aviation expert? There are hundreds of such YouTubers these days. They often have little to no real knowledge about the subject, yet they keep making videos and talking endlessly as if they are authorities on everything.

Right, the USA is often described as Israel's strongest ally and supporter. Ultimately, Israel has been able to sustain its military, economic, and diplomatic strength over the past several decades largely because of consistent support from the USA.

The USA is widely seen as the main pillar supporting Israel. But people avoid criticising the primary supporter and instead choose some random country or unrelated issue to target, simply because it's easier.

That is why, if someone wants to criticise countries for supporting Israel, they should at least be consistent in their criticism. They can't pick and choose.

I dare Pakistani national media and political leaders to speak the same way about the USA. You will never hear any serious calls to cut ties, impose pressure, or hold the USA accountable.
