Nah, wouldn't go through the troubles of producing and then announcing a gain of mere 150km of extra range and calling it ER. That much difference can be made just by production quality ups and downs.

It is atleast 1000-1250km, but the army may claim otherwise.

It could just be a testing rig, and if so no real indication of operationally deployed TELs. My guess would be a similar configuration as with the babur series, 3-4 canistered missiles per TEL.
