Agree, but I believe the Saudi hot money in Pakistan far exceeds 4 billion USD, and with their own commitments, huge deficits and their economy projected to shrink this year despite sky high crude prices, they are a bit strapped for liquid funds.

The persian regime is not that stupid. Any attack on Pakistan by persian regime supported proxies will have grave consequences. The whole region will burn then. Can Pakistan let a persian regime attack it and make matters more difficult for a 3 billion plus people living in this region? I do not think so.

houthis can huff and puff all they want, in bigger scheme of things, they are afterall a proxy, cannon fodder serving their persian masters.
