Zhuhai China Airshow 2026 December

Will J36 and J50 participate?I look forward to the world's first sixth-generation fighter jet being showcased at the exhibition.

Official details regarding the upcoming airshow have recently been released. A summary follows:

1. In addition to the PLAAF’s "August 1st" Aerobatics Team, Russia’s "Russian Knights" and the UAE’s "Al Fursan" aerobatics teams have also been invited to perform.

2. The Gaolan Port exhibition area is making its debut at this year's airshow. Leveraging a nearly 1,000-meter stretch of coastline, the PLA Navy will create an immersive display zone for maritime equipment, featuring static displays of active-duty naval vessels alongside land-based exhibits such as amphibious armored vehicles.

3. The Air Force’s "new-quality combat capabilities" will be unveiled! (However, no further explanation was provided.)

4. Brand-new equipment making its debut accounts for approximately 10% of the exhibits.

I just got this from a friend: :(

"I got a reply from xxxx (one of the organisers). It's not very clear, but it says that accreditation for Zhuhai will only be for media permanently accredited in China. ... I also got a reply from the Zhuhai 2026 organisers, saying that press accreditation ended in September and "we are no longer accepting new applications."

It is possible.

For large-scale events of this nature, media accreditation is subject to very strict requirements. Typically, it is open only to foreign media outlets that have been granted authorization for long-term operations in China, rather than to all international media.

However, this primarily refers to "special credentials for media visits."

Other international media outlets unable to obtain such credentials may still visit the airshow as ordinary visitors. However, they are not eligible for the special services that the organizers have prepared specifically for media organizations.
