Spain is getting it now so no Spain, Germany fak them maybe Italians.

It can only be those 3, and all 3 are receiving Tranche 4.

Germany would never do that for Turkiye. Plus they are doing a military buildup.

If I had to guess its the Spanish or the Italians. It might be spain, maybe they want to cancel and get Tranche 5 that will come later in the 2030s or maybe they don't feel like they need more planes.

Italy ordered 24 T4/5 for 2027 -2034 period

Spain ordered 20 T4 for 2026-2030 period ..... and 25 T5 for 2030-2035 period
as you said , maybe Spain want to cancel 20 T4 and get 45 Tranche 5 after 2030
