PAF needs to consider and invest in locally developing HAPS (High Altitude Psedo Satellite) Balloons that can be equipped with multitude of sensors for ground and air monitoring

Such balloons have great utility, can even be used as decoys. During time of hostilities they can form an 'electronic bubble' over a VP and confuse the terminal guidance of missiles like SCALP and Brahmos and increase the VP's survivability......
