I would read it as usa wants to outsource Iran war to other countries and try to provoke a conflict between them by making isreal attack Iran or directly attack Iran energy infra making Iran strike back the gcc. Pakistan and Türkiye are independent sovereign states that will do what is in their national interests. This is not Pakistan and Türkiye's fight, this is Iran's. Iran choice to resist(whatever that means to Iran). To equate countries following their interests, as Iran's follows it's own Iran's own (!) as being lapdogs of the USA is quite inappropriate.

Why should the economies, the people of either Pakistan and Türkiye suffer the consequences ire because of the decisions Iran makes? (Equally, why should Pakistan and Türkiye suffer the decision that the USA makes). Everyone is trying their best to make the best decisions to navigate this shitty scenario that neither Pakistan and Türkiye planned for or wanted...
