I am not a military person but I think, given the gap in military technology between Iran and the US, the US doesn't need to bother. That is true of most countries v/s the US.

From what I understand, the US has warned Iran not to attack them and not to interfere in the Iranian response to Israel if they do not attack American facilities. It was more like a sign of free action to retaliate against Israel.

I was reading the times of Israel and was reading how America believes they’re going directly with cruise missiles and drones and it’s going to be large amount just before Ramadan is over, problem is are they going to be launched from iran or the sea both options are bad cruise missiles are slow and will give ample time to respond if they are launched from iran a ship can be attacked if it’s being observed with weapons of that magnitude, I think iran is doing something else and letting America and Israel believe they’re doing something else honestly I definitely hope the Israelis get a a black eyes and some busted up teeth. I may not always agree on Iranian politics but I always had a respect for their military

Arrow-3 and THAAD are Israel’s best ABM shields. Neither has been tested against a salvo of high maneuvering missiles.
