There is diplomacy still going on in the background - despite what people are saying. Though, I don't see Iran relenting on core fundamental interests and concerns just to make Trumps election campaign run better. Trump has dug himself into a corner that he cannot get himself out of. Problem of having a big fat mouth i guess.
Diplomacy is always worth the time.

Bro , go back to school of international relations and diplomacy , you have lots to learn....for Iranians face saving is more important than the reality on the ground , at least at this stage..... MDA's visit to Tehran is like gift from heavens to the Iranians ....
This visit is a curtain call to what rescue rangers calls shit show .

I think we always underestimate US capability and resloves, yes, they used up a lot of missiles but are restocking quickly. Reminds me of shortly after Pearl Harbour. US was not that ready and had small numbers in many ahead, but once they started their war machine it was unstoppable.
The sheer size of their bomber fleet from high altitude could rain down hell. Already they are giving out massive, and I mean massive, missile contracts to their companies who are no rapidly expanding capability.
