There is no cyber security against the US/Israel when most of your software use open source libraries and nearly all of your hardware are from Western companies.

The only affordable cyber security for small actors facing big powers is just to be disconnected from internet and have air gapped machines: no internet, no wifi no even Bluetooth (from a hacked smartphone, attacker could jump from internet to a PC only with Bluetooth).

So devices with no wireless connection deserve more attention

One of the reasons that they bombed top universities. There are a few things that stand out .
1- Not Asingle Arab speaking country in the top 30.
2- Startng with India and the ending with Iran, all of the countries in this bucket , you could say second tier, have no more than two gold medals.
3- Brazil, Canada, and Romania have a higher standing with zero or less gold medals than Iran.
4- Look at team USA
5- Why is Russia ranked below the US With four gold and two silver if the rankings are based on an aggregate total
