Would really not put it past them to try and lob a missile at where the talks are being held or "accidentallY" shoot down one of the delegation planes. They have form for this

Its either diplomacy or danda, and the dana is getting bigger by the min. Don't doubt that for a second, talks are the ONLY way out of this.

A lot of people would love to see the "Danda" play out for Iran, as many Iranians and their chawal supporters in Pakistan would love to see that danda used for Pakistan, as entertaining as it would be for some for me that Danda whether used for any country will take lives of many civilians, I want Iran to survive and not Balkanzied but one thing/opinion that I have change now is that Iran must never have nukes, or else entire Middle east will be in far more chaos than it is today.

Americans and Saudis showed we cannot just bomb them into submission. Air power cannot solve every problem.

This requires infantry, lots of infantry, to finish them off. Take the main cities and strategic points and make them hide in the mountains, much like what the Brits there did in the 60s and 70s

Once the smuggling of weapon supplies are controlled and dismantled, or iran stops after this meeting, then it would be easy to evict houthis from cities. They will run to mountains on their own. Khaat in that region should also be monitored. It has stunted their thinking ability.

For many Pakistan should not have policies that carter towards its own national interest, we should/must always bend ourselves to Afghans, Saudi's or Iranians because of religious/sect/ethnic affiliations and that's what piss me off. I really hope that people on top are smart and look out for Pakistan and its interest as best as they can.

Yar, I just feel real empathy for the average Iranian living in Iran. There is food insecurity and fuel insecurity there just like the rest of the world. If this conflict expands the limiters will be lifted and civilians will be the first casualties on every side.

But you cannot start saying we will cut entire region's internet, we will target Germany, we will target Greece, we will target XYZ... That shit wont fly anymore... Trust!

Yaar 95% of Iranian members of PDF wants to see Iranian leaders who are busy in diplomacy hanged at their chowks, you really wanna expect some sense from people like that? Iranians are suffering but a lot of them are giving me some very strong Israeli/Zionists vibes when they talk about Arabs, and even Pakistani's. You can only feel bad about Iranians when they share the same concern for others, I won't shed a tear for 1000's dead Iranians when they are hoping entire ME to burn and Pakistan along with it just because we were trying to do some mediation. We give Iranians a huge benefit of doubt which they now used against Pakistani's, you wanna bet that moment Iran is out of this mess they are gonna cozy up to Indians via Afghanistan? and Taliban will get weapons, drones and even missiles via Iran to be used against Pakistan, despite Iran got bamboo up their A$$ by Indians many times during this war? why would I give a F when they won't give a F for my country (Pakistan) and the country I currently call home (USA).

Agreed 100%, I guess some of the mods are not imune to sectarianism, and when it comes to be fair in their moderation, they are letting Sectarianism getting the best of them, PDF is slowly becoming the Shia version of Indian defense forum.

To be fair (and I have been on the receiving end of Persian mods), mods in general clamp down on that shit in most sections but lets the Iranians go crazy in the Iran section, which is fair enough, at least the madness is contained there

No one will ban you from this thread. I am actually fed up, I know we talk about geo politics a lot PDF, but close to home let me tell you something.

It doesn't take a genius to tell where this will head towards, and there are some people who are not living in Pakistan or have any financial ties or direct family living in Pakistan so to them the risk of inter-faith/sectarian violence and wider issues is a non-issue, but this is the real problem right now.

When you get Mullah's making allans like this... It only goes one way we all know it.

So a lid either gets put up on this or this gets ugly outside the home and inside the home too. I hope you understand what I am saying here.

Iranian main war thread is a troll fest, Mecca defense Pact thread is also pretty much gonner, and Yemen civil war is also pretty much hijacked, I can scroll throw pages after pages with just trolling, insults, celebration of attacks on civilian targets, and unverified random X posts showing one side of story.

Yaar I made a post in GHQ, post several screenshots, but it still is troll fest so i give up... And no i don't understand that huggan fest I was never blessed by a `Lahori or Sialkoti` Girlfriend by Allah SWT.
