This cowardly and disturbing incident is very typical of white european male racists. They tend to attack in packs or attack women, children, the elderly and anyone who is perceived as being weak and unable to fight back. This is EXACTLY how the israelis operate. They NEVER engage in a fair fight and tend to avoid fighting young non-white men as they have an inherent fear of them.

As far as work is concerned, I have experienced the above. The best way to overcome this is to hold your head up high and work hard in becoming the best at what you do. Be confident and arrogant. DO NOT seek to "fit in" or be sociable with the people you work with. They are NOT your friends. NEVER trust anyone at work. Just produce high quality work and keep your mouth shut. Talk or socailize with NO-ONE at work. DO NOT tell ANYONE at work ANYTHING about your private life. You WILL achieve something when you LEAST expect it. Also, for ALL Pakistani and Muslim men, NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER speak to a white european woman UNLESS you 100% have to. When you do speak to them, be 100% professional, cold and civil. DO NOT have a sociable conversation with them. AVOID them at all costs. Follow these rules and you will be fine.

We must also remember that this is "one individual" act of violence, but in addition to that there is the mass violence and slaughter of the various colonial European states around the world and also the mass slaughter of innocent civilians in Iraq and Afghanistan by the west as well as people such as the Vietnamese.
