is this to do with turkey having a military base in somalia? I don't understand the need for a middle power to try and play superpower politics by building a dozen+ military bases around the greater middle east region. It will only result in people blaming their problems on your influences even if you do not influence anything

There is a struggle going on for the control of the Red Sea now, with Israel and UAE and Iran sowing instability into the region, and the like of Saudi/Turkiye attempting to stop that as the route is important.

The person who posted this tweet is a troll who keeps doing the same thing across the forum. If I search the internet long enough, I can find videos of people literally burning every flag in the world.
