Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

Alternatively, any outcome other than an Iranian nuke is a defeat.

With Mojtaba, Rezaei, Qalibaf, Pezeshkian, and Aragachi leading this country you can be rest assured, Iran will find a way to defeat itself.

US will win in the end due to Iranian stupidity and pragmatism.

Iran's major weakness since the prevalence of the internet and smart phones, or maybe I should rather say that the US major strength, is intel and espionage.

When Trump says that he can listen to whatever our leaders say, I actually believe him. It is entirely possible, not necessarily true, but definitely possible, that the US is capable of listening to our confidential sessions.

This war, and honestly the last two decades, have been nothing but complete and total failures for Iran's intelligence apparatus. We've been outclasses from the first moment until now at every turn.

One of the major obstacles for going nuclear at this point, besides fissile material, is our lack of ability to protect our national secrets. Even if by some miracle we acquire fissile material, as long as we cannot keep our nuclear secrets confidential, it's all in vain.

I'm going to give the late Khamenei the benefit of the doubt and assume that he issued that fatwa because he knew the US intelligence services would find out if we tried to build a nuke.

Israel’s influence over the US House of Representatives

There is something happened in this midterm elections: On the Democratic side, if a congressman or woman decide to oppose AIPAC and their "Israeli" first policy, they can easily do so without worrying about of losing an election or being afraid of them. The Democratic base is no longer with AIPAC, and each Democrat congressman and woman should keep that in mind.

A paradox and a conundrum... adverse effects, non linear response or escalating further...

In pop culture depiction of dystopian Tehran under US occupation... was shown with experimental drones doing security and pacification ops... in robocop 2014 version.
The purpose is projection and acceptance in the masses of a foregone conclusion... reality strips that... at hand is ... a possible nuclear escalation by the US and therefore a possibility of retailation inkind. Was that a forgone conclusion? No!
But a reality now, nonetheless! Would anyone dare flip a switch, decision that cannot be switched back. Orange now is a victim of his own creation... a prisoner of own ego!
Does he even carry any clout to ratify ANY deal that he pushes or proposes... via congress?

So what is it?

That was why Iran targeted Data Centers in Arab countries.

I disagree with this analysis entirely, respectfully. Just because the US left Afghanistan to focus its resources on other issues doesn't mean the Taliban defeated them. The actual war lasted 2 months and the US invaded Kabul.

Imagine if the US still had its forces in Afghanistan now. It would've been much easier for Iran to target the US personnel with the help of a belligerent Taliban. So, the US didn't leave Afghanistan because it couldn't stay there but because their presence in Afghanistan was rather a weakness than useful.
That evaluation is not correct.

First not whole country was not invaded. There were parts that stayed at the hands of Talibans and they slowly were regaining parts of the countries to US and their allies.

That occupation scheme by a much more powerful Army can be traced at the ancient ages. Both Germania and Britannia were well invaded by romans, but after decades or even a century, in the case of Britannia, occupation troops were expelled from those provinces.

The objectives of the occupation were overthrown taliban Government and installing the northern coalition but those failed miserably.

Their retreat let not only thousands of collaborators at the hands of the Taliban Government but also let behind billions of dollars in weapons including some UH60 and Embraer Tucano.

After war US tried to even rent or eventually take by force Bagram Air base. Talibans are still laughing.
