Problem of that is you will need big platform to deliver, using your platform deliver 1 missile or 2 or 4 missile is better? Russians use ther MIG31, i think is not worth.

AKINCI can not carry even J60OT Ballistic Missile ( 2100 kg )

It will have a significant impact if they build it on air to ground operations. Very difficult to intercept, incredibly mobile, significant damage compared to smaller munitions, significant range(double the range of a surface launched equivalent).
