Well what he's saying (I think!) is Iran should take out the airforce first with BM/drone strikes on airfields, hangars, aircraft on the ground etc. Once the airforce is decimated, then launch an invasion. But what I'm saying is thats fine, but that would also trigger a nuke response by Israel.

Those who would pass,would have to hit hardened aircraft shelters. And at that time,all the American bases in the Middle-East would take this as an official declaration of war and a threat. Basically,it would signal Americans to attack Iran freely.And maybe having a few of their Arab friends join,you know...just to grab a bit of oil-rich areas and get rid of those "annoying Persians". It would turn into a Shia vs Sunni war fast with the Gulf monarchies declaring Sunnah as only acceptable version of Islam.

This is why before Iran can do something like this, they would need nukes, plenty of, and amassed many many many missiles and drones, probably more than they have now. Because, as I said to him in my response, this suggestion would be an armageddon end game. Also we're just looking at the military aspect of this. Iran would also hit pretty much every oil field in the region and oil tanker in the straight of hormuz, and fight a dirty economic war like, which will have significant impact on world trade. It will get messy for everyone. So let's bare that in mind as well.
