I think Iran is doing things the right way.

If Israelis had major casulties it would drum up that old holocaust card in th western media. USA would be forced to hit back hard for not losing face.

Yesterdays attack did damage Israel psychologically, because it showed rest of middle east that Iran is not afraid to hit Israel and by proxy a confrontation with USA. It also showed that Israel is very vulnerable to missile attacks.

This is my take from this attack as well. Western press is ready to create a sad drama story for the "poor" Israelis but by keeping the strikes limited, Iran denied them this opportunity + made their weakness clear for the world to see.

There's no options, lol. They can't strike inside Iran. It's as simple as that. They lack logistical capability. Daddy USA so far has refused to strike Iran on their behalf. So they have to accept the new equation imposed by Iran. Iran established deterrence for itself.
