No Sinan. I understand what you are saying and I agree that they shouldn't.

However,the poster of the thread presents Turkey as some kind of military superpower,the thread's title says "hyperwar capable military unrivaled in the region". So,when Turkey supposedly has such a war machine and its president and majority of the population often talk about protecting Palestinians,warning Israel,talking harsh about Netanyahu and stating they are on the side of Hamas,saying they might "come suddenly,one night" etc.

Then it's only logical to ask: Why don't you intervene to protect the Palestinians of Gaza from a mad dictator just like you supposedly did in Syria?

If we had a border with Israel, it would be bad news for Israel.

But as things stand, no amount of "hyperwar" whatever the **** that means, is enough to let us do anything to Israel.

The truth is, Israel is the regional superpower as long as they have Americans in their pocket. A little thing happens and Americans are there with 4 carrier groups. Reallistically nobody can do anything.

I'll be honest if this amount of missiles were fired at Turkey we wouldn't be able to stop them even if they announced the attack in advance.

We don't have any anti-ballistic missile systems other than S-400, those aren't active, we have a limited number of missiles and I don't know how many of them are anti-ballistic variant.

And then you're down to Korkut for Shahed 136s and cruise missiles. Absolutely not enough.

I think the Iranians had three reasons for warning other countries about the attack and them not using their best weapons or more of them:

1.It was more of a hit to save face,but not escalate.
2.It was a warning to the Israelis and Americans. Even Saudis,to show them what they have and can do if they attacked.
3.To see how good the enemy Air Defence would work.

Whats there to save face? Netanyahu is getting desperate and trying to draw in the US into a full on regional war. They didn't take the bait, they did send a message but without actually trying to do harm. Hitting the airbase in the Negev through all that 72hr preparation was not an easy task, yet they hit it.

You're missing the bigger picture.

Can Iran fire enough standoff weapons to saturate Israeli defenses? I believe so. But then what?

We need at least 3.000+ HISAR and SIPER Air Defense Missiles to protect all critical targets from Cruise Missiles and Fighter Jets

Turkiye has only 192 S400 Missiles and protect small area
Iran has also only S300s ...nothing else
Iran also can not stop Turkish Ballistic Missiles

We should declare 1.000-2.000 km Ballistic Missiles for deterrence
Turkey doesn't want to scare the West and develops through space program


And not Israel
but USA-UK intercepted all 170 kamikaze Drones and 30 Cruise Missiles

Ballistic Missiles can not win a war
but Air Force can do it
