F-35 attacks are far too risky even if in the unlikely event US allows them to use Iraqi airspace to target Iran. Iran has one of the tighest air defence networks in the world and has excellent medium and long-range domestic SAMs to shoot down any intruding aircraft.

Entity in essence has no options to retaliate.

Iranian S300 was a hybrid system between S-300 and S-400. The production line for S-300 was long closed when Russia finally agreed to supply the system. They offered S300VM (anti BM version) also known as A-2500. Iran refused. And Russia wasn’t going to give Iran brand new (at the time) S-400 which was the only production line in operation (alongside S-500).

Thus the Iranian S-300 uses S-400 components because of that reason. It is different than other S-300’s

Additionally, Israel will now receive a military aid package worth almost $30 billion. So, Israel is going to be significantly stronger and further bolster its military advantage.
