I don't think you can tell a ballistic missile to send a message and not leave a crater

the hit is not confirmed and is still debated. mainly only pro-US/Zionist sources are claiming this and the nature of any hit has not been established even between pro-US/Zionist sources (your own tweet shows a debate between quadcopter and ballistic missile impact).

not sure where these stories are coming from, I didn't see any military officials mention this, their official line is there was only drones and NO missiles crossed into Iran at all

also not sure Khordad 15 has ABM capability to begin with, certainly wasn't discussed as having such capability

It has only been said about the Arman system that it has anti-ballistic missile capability. Of course, they don't say that other systems do not have this ability
