Most definitely. It makes sense that it would be a preconceived plan. The port was supposed to be an additional entry into Gaza for delivering aid to the Rafah crossing by means of ships and sea, not the only one. Then there would be three ways to get aid in, the crossing, the port and by air. Now this situation at the crossing is dangerously volatile. And because of all the demon murderous bombing in the last two days, 50K Palestinians have already fled Rafah in just the past 48 hours.
How would I know? I don't work for Egyptian Immigration or Intelligence. I served my conscription way back in the late 80's and that was the extent of my personal affiliation with the Egyptian government.
Not sure if you're being sarcastic or serious about what an Israeli businessman is doing in Egypt. But if he's some mouse agent pretending to be a businessman (which I highly doubt), then he's a moron. Worst thing to do is try to fool the Egyptian Mukhabarat, let alone not watch your back while your demon bosses are conducting a genocide on the Muslim neighbors (in front of the whole world) who happen to have a huge contingent and immense public support in Egypt.

I also thought it was kind of weird he has several different citizenship’s business in Egypt has been living there for 9 years, peace treaty or not weird sounds like a long term Mossad operation, seriously what kind of businessman was he weird honestly never had any respect for sisi but less and less they all talk and act big but he not to their citizens
