The Hamas leaders were put on as the ICC probably felt that they could not face off otherwise against the combined power of the Zionists and their western vassals and make the indictments stick.

While there is ample evidence of Zionist war crimes and crimes against humanity, those against Hamas are only allegations by the Zionist entity and its vassals/supporters.

The Hamas leaders are all dead men walking. Israel will kill them - period. They know that.

So - there is no downside to them handing themselves over to the ICC, if doing that progresses their cause of freedom and liberation for their people.

So - they are not protesting the fact that the Israeli individuals have been nominated for arresting on the charges indicated - they are complaining they dont want Israel in the same dock as Hamas and on procedural items ?
