You need to compare that map to a map from 2022. “Making progress” is the overstatement of the century.

This weapons use policy is a bad idea. I understand military necessity but it's only going to make the political situation more volatile and will have minimal impact on the ground. Using US weapons to unalive Russian soldiers on Russian soil is going to really poke the bear.

Russia hasn't been able to target Ukranian weapons, ammunition, equipment and training camps in Poland, France, Germany, etc. Just like UA was not able to target stuff in Russia. Does this now mean Russia can target UA stuff in neighbouring countries?

Russia is supposed to have advance air force, sensors etc, they so far haven't been able to destroy Ukrainian weapons, ammunition, equipment in Ukraine, they are struggling against western help to Ukraine, the intelligence etc. @j_hungary @gambit any help here on why Russia has failed to destroy Ukraine weapon arsenal.

So your saying Ukraine is getting intelligence via the Nato satellites, drones, electronic warfare planes based outside of Ukraine, Russia cannot target them due to Nato. What about Russia using the same in Ukraine and destroying anything that moves on the ground or do they not have the capability.
